Ameesha patel Ridicules Kareena kapoor!

Kareena Kapoor attained skinny figure for the film 'Tashan' with the help of starving and liposuction. But Ameesha Patel is ridiculing her indirectly. Ameesha also reduced a lot but not through liposuction and starving it seems. She said, "I never believe in starving or surgeries. I eat a lot and work out a lot. My motive is to look healthy and not skinny. I also advise women to be health and don't get carried away by skinny look". So is this not an indirect hit to Kareena Kapoor?
